I lied. Fathers.

Ok. Yes. I know. I'm posting on the same day. *GASP* If you actually noticed that, give yourself a pat on the back for having nothing better to do!

In the last post I said I wouldn't talk about fathers even though it was father's day (even though I uploaded that half-an-hour late). Well, now it's not father's day anymore!

Dad, father, papa, daddy. We call him by so many names. The head of the family; in most households. (Yay for stereotypes?). Since you were a baby, he was fascinated with the idea of you. He was so eager for you to grow up, to show you the world and what it holds in store for us. He would sit you down on his knee to tie your shoe laces. *make a bow and then knot it*
How was it that when you tied them, they literally couldn't come undone for the whole day, but when I did, they would loosen up in minutes?
Every morning, you would open the car door and gesture me inside. I felt so special! On my way home, you would ask me about my day. Every day. God, I used to get so annoyed on the days that weren't so good. But you never forgot. Now I understand that you cared about what I had to say. Thank you for that. I hated those long hours you made me get up early in the morning to teach me maths. But I had no idea how much it'd help me. Now I do. The first time you told me about the Fibonacci series, I thought you were speaking alien. Now, it just seems so easy. Sometimes I would tell you the answer and you'd say it was wrong. I would go over the problem multiple times but I would still get the same answer. You confused me so often. That was your way of teaching me to answer confidently. I can't say that I learned from it, but I am working on my confidence. Thanks for giving me the little nudge I needed dad. I can't even explain the joy I felt that day when you got the mathematics problem wrong and I got it right. I loved the way that you just wouldn't accept defeat. But I knew! I gloated a lot. I remember staying up late at night with you to watch scary movies even when mom told me to go to sleep. I always got scared, no matter how stupid the movie was. You would always reassure me saying, "You don't need to be afraid of ghosts, I am the king of ghosts!" I never believed you and thought you to be delusional (just kidding) but I really did appreciate the thought. (Deep for a 9 year old).
P.S. I will never forget the time you accidentally put salt instead of sugar in my milk. I drank about half of it before I told mom because I didn't want to make you feel bad. God, I almost threw up that day. Nevermind!

Now we're separated by oceans and you still manage to call me every day. My shoelaces still come undone, I open my own car door, I tell mom about my day; even if she doesn't ask, I still suck at maths (sorry, but I'm trying. Just being honest!) and scary movies still scare me.
Thank you Dad, for always being there for me. I miss your weird little dances!

Read this. I dare you.

Happy Father's Day! :)
Nope, this post isn't going to about father's day! So, at ease gentlefolk!

I tried to start a video blog type thing the other day. Let me just say, WHAT AN EPIC FAIL. I absolutely hate the way I look on camera, my accent sounds so mean-girl-like. *cries* I had no idea I could be so retarded. Hopefully, I'm not like that all the time. If I am, I totally understand why I don't have friends now.  After about three retakes, I gave up. I still have the footage and I have no idea how to edit it. Maybe I'll muster up the courage to actually put it out there one day. Or maybe, I'll do it if someone gives me a little nudge! *smiles* Anyone? ANY-ONE?! Ah forget it. *sigh* I'll probably just continue my life blogging to myself like this. Then one day, I'll show this blog to my kids (Because I don't think anyone else will be reading this in the near future) and they'll just be like, 'Wow, mom. You were weird.' Maybe then someone would be benefited from all this pointless mumbo jumbo. Ah what am I saying, I'll just end up forcing one of my poor little friends (and let me say there aren't that many) to read all this stuff one day.

Wow. I have just realized that this stuff sounds like some shitty 'Dear Diary' stuff. I'm ashamed.
No. Time for change! *GAME FACE*

Nah, too lazy. Maybe the next post. Teehee.

Ciao!
Oh darn, I forgot to post this yesterday. Nevertheless. *Belated Father's Day!

Yeh Jawaani Hai Dewaani

Okay, first of all. Of my non-existent viewers if there are any who watch hindi movies, I suggest you to go watch 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Dewaani' RIGHT NOW! I'm watching it right now and it is bloody amazing. The characters are played out brilliantly and the story line progression is fantastic. Ah, I love it!
It's the perfect summer movie.
Comedy; in all the right places

Romance; Adorable <3
Acting; Ranbir Kapoor- Uhm. Do I need to say anything? He was awesome as usual.
Deepika Padukone/Naina: Honestly, it seemed like she took the role of her counterpart in 'Cocktail'; Meera (Diana Penty) in this one. She played it out brilliantly.
Everyone else was terrific. I don't really have the patience to blab about all that because I've got to get back to this movie! AGH!
#mustsee #bloodyamazing

SIDE NOTE: June 8th
Okay on that particular day, I felt like watching a really cheesy movie and somehow I found it.
The movie really isn't that bloody amazing. But it's watchable.

Bits and Pieces

'The worst things in life come free to us'
Standing here as a million rain drops fall upon me. Maybe it'll all just fall away with the rain. Maybe all the mistakes, troubles, lies, doubts and insecurities will wash away.
Why do I feel such bliss amongst all the misery?

The smallest things have always made me happy...
                                                     ~~~
As the tears tumble down my face, I wonder. Think, think, think.  I stand here for hours upon hours listening to music to distract myself; putting my life on hold. Before I know it, the music stops and I don't even notice, lost in my train of thought that never seems to end. No pit stops, no rest, no time to refuel; doesn't stop for anyone.
People call me dumb, they say I never think about anything. If only they knew. The problem is that I think too much. And at the end of everything, I think some more. I make rash decisions, say terrible things, hurt myself, hurt others. Why?
I'm momentarily brought back as I hear 'It's too cold outside for angels fly' whispered into my ears. It truly is too cold. Even for the wicked.
I put on a smile. I hide behind incessant babbling and a series of giggles that don't seem to stop; like an awful case of hiccups.
Maybe if I act like everything's ok, it will be. Just maybe...
It has stopped raining now. Time to put my mask back on. All smiles. :)
                                              FIN.
If you're wondering what all that was about:
I go up onto my terrace everyday and just walk around for hours, listening to music. I think about my life and about all the people around me, everything that affects me; my social environment (thank you Phys. Ed, I'm actually using you in real life). Anyway, on this particular day, it was raining and I was listening to Ed Sheeran's 'The A Team', I started tapping away on my Itouch. Before I knew it, I ended up with these bits and pieces from my 'train of thought'.
I'm really not such a depressing person but I freak from time to time. Okay, enough bullshit now! >_< BYE :)
An Apple a Day Keeps The Doctor Away
Hey there.
Do you know what it feels like to be in love? I don't. I'm literally like 'yuck' when I hear the  word love. I don't believe in it. I believe in love when it deals with family. I love my parents, my sister and my relatives; some of them. But when it comes to the gushy, gooey love that girls my age yearn for, I have complete and total disinterest. I think that most people my age confuse infatuation with love.
When I tell my friends I love them, it's completely platonic. But some of the girls I see are 'head-over-heels in love' with their guy, this really doesn't make sense to me because, I think we're all too young to be in love. They go so far to keep someone in their lives but is it all really that essential.
We teenagers are way to greedy and impatient to be 'in love' with someone.
But what do I know, like I know anything about love.
I typed all of this syncing with the
rhythm of Pitch Perfect's "When I'm Gone, Cups version" and this is pretty fun. hehe.
In other news, I visited the doctor yesterday regarding my shoulder injury.
The conversation that took place.
Doc: So where does it hurt?
Me: My shoulder, neck, arm and wrist are hurting.
Doc: Okay, *pokes my hand* Does it hurt?
Me: No.
BLAH BLAH BLAH
Doc: It seems like there's nothing seriously wrong with it. Just ignore it.
Me: Uh. Okay.
Doc: So what subjects did you take?
Me: MPC
Doc: Chi. Should have taken BiPC
Me: So I could become a lameass doctor who makes their patients sit 4 hours in the waiting room?! Douchebag.
Oh ya. Haha.
Enlightenment & Flying
Recently, I've taken up reading some holy books as per the suggestion of my Aunt and my Mother. I finished reading one of the books and I learned so much about my religion, culture and customs.
See, the meaning of enlightenment is
awakening to the ultimate truth by which man is freed from the endless cycle of personal reincarnations to which all men are otherwise subject. Woah, so deep. But how exactly do we reach such a state? Well, it isn't easy. I mean, every single thing you do, think and say can affect whether or not you will be able to reach enlightenment. You must leave all worldly desires and have complete and utter faith in God and must never sway from your goal. Being human, this seems very difficult; and it is. But what's the point if we don't try? Nobody's perfect but we do aspire to be so.
Also, I got hit by a car last month. It's been exactly one month since it happened to the date. My two wheeler got hit by a car and I flew (literally) off of the scooter; I fell about 5 meters away and my scooter went and hit a wall.
As soon as I fell, I thought I died. I've never been so scared before. The first thing I said was "God, I'm dead". After I assured myself that I hadn't died, I realized that I couldn't feel my legs, at all. (I thought I'd broke both my legs. But I hadn't.) Four men came running and picked me up and sat me in front of a dairy parlor. They gave me water to drink and to wash my face. By this time around 20-30 people had huddled around me; they thought I died or something. I went into a complete state of shock  which I didn't recover from until a couple of hours later. The car's owner checked to make sure if I'd broken anything and then asked me where I was going. I started crying when he asked me this because I was going to buy a pen refill to study for my mathematics exam that I had a couple of days later; my finals.
I got X-rays done for my shoulder, spine and arm. I have a soft-tissue injury in my wrist and my neck curvature has become completely straight. I have to go to physiotherapy soon. MEH.
I'm sorry this post is so dry. BLEH. I'll post more interesting stuff soon! :D
Jibber-Jabber
Hello my non-existent readers!
(:
I'm ecstatic at the moment and I have absolutely no idea why! haha. I'm supposed to be studying for my B.Architecture exam that's on Sunday. (Don't ask me what the 'B' stands for, I'm not sure) YAY! I haven't even started!
 Life seems so beautiful right now, that's weird because I spend approximately 9 hours of my day at a Coaching center for my examinations. So fun! NOT. Lately, I've a sudden interest in photography and I want to fool around with whatever camera I can find. But I have a ton on my plate with all my competitive exams and college entrance exams coming up. Yikes!
To Do List:
  • Photography
  • Art
  • Blog more often
  • Video Blog!
  • BUY A TON OF BOOKS TO READ :)
  •  Gym *sigh*
  • Start playing Lacrosse/Volleyball again.
  • Improve vocal chords
  • Get rid of my two left feet
  • Sewing?! O_O
  • Scrap booking!!
  • Shopping! :D
  • Become ambidextrous
  • Turn into a walking dictionary
Wow. I was just looking at that list and I think I missed out buying yarn and a bunch of cats. Geez, I sound like an old woman. Hm, how about:
  • Travel
  • Party hard
  • Pranks! :D
  • Watch a scary movie at the cinemas :O
  • Not get a heart attack after ^
Right now, I feel like that girl from the show 'Awkward', blogging to herself. Well she shares all her deepest, darkest secrets thinking nobody will read about her but I'm not really in the mood to share all that! :D If anyone is actually out there, don't be afraid to leave a comment! :) I won't bite.
P.S.- Recently, I dared myself to give a high-five to a random stranger. My friends totally discouraged it saying, we live in a country where that is not socially accepted. Well after I heard that, I definitely had to do it! Only if to prove them wrong :)
I walked up to some 13-15 year olds and asked if I could get a high-five. I got two and walked away 'Like a Bosss' I will never forget those  kids faces!
Live crazy!
